Data we process

• Contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.
• Purchases: name, email address and billing details. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
• Browsing: technical cookies and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (see the cookie policy).

Data included in the databases we sell

The databases we sell contain professional contact data of companies (trading name, address, province, phone, email and website) obtained from publicly available sources, mainly business directories. This processing is based on legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in facilitating business-to-business communication.

If your company appears in our databases and you wish to access, rectify or erase your data, write to info@labasededatos.com and we will handle your request.

Purposes and legal bases

• Managing orders and deliveries — performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Answering enquiries — consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Web analytics — consent, given through the cookie banner (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following providers as processors: Stripe (payment processing), Amazon Web Services (hosting), Mailgun (transactional email) and Google Analytics (analytics, only with consent). Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards.

Retention

We keep your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law. Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@labasededatos.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or, if you live in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
